Meet the IGGA Leadership Team
The IGGA leadership team supports the early development of the Association by guiding strategy, coordinating program development, and working collaboratively with the Steering Committee and the broader IGG community.

Christine Fiechter, Executive Committee Chair
An Accredited Investigative Genetic Genealogist (AIGG) with over 25 years of experience in nonprofit leadership and program development, Christine is committed to fostering collaborative learning environments that support emerging professionals in the field of IGG.  She serves as a Program Assistant at the Ramapo College of New Jersey Investigative Genetic Genealogy Center, a Team Leader with the DNA Doe Project, and the owner of PinPoint DNA, LLC. Her training includes the Ramapo IGG Center’s Certificate Program and Bootcamps, the University of New Haven’s Forensic Genetic Genealogy Graduate Certificate, United Data Connect’s Fundamentals of IGG, and Boston University’s Certificate in Genealogical Research. Christine holds a Master’s in Social Work and previously served as a Forensic Social Worker with the Massachusetts public defender agency, where she helped establish its nationally recognized multi-disciplinary Youth Advocacy Division and EdLaw Project.

Kelly Overby, Executive Committee Member
Kelly is a retired executive with 25+ years of leadership experience in the loan servicing industry. Over the course of her career, Kelly held senior roles at Bank of America where she led cross-functional teams focused on ensuring regulatory compliance within mortgage, student and auto loan servicing. She is an Accredited Investigative Genetic Genealogist (AIGG) and the owner of DNA Insight, LLC.  She also volunteers as a Case Facilitator for the Ramapo College of New Jersey Investigative Genetic Genealogy Center.  Kelly’s academic and professional training include a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Florida, the Ramapo IGG Center’s Certificate Program, the University of New Haven’s Forensic Genetic Genealogy Graduate Certificate, United Data Connect’s Fundamentals of Investigative Genetic Genealogy and Boston University’s Certificate in Genealogical Research. Kelly serves on the Board of Directors for EveryPet, one of the largest spay/neuter and community veterinary clinics in the country.

Caitlin Pantos, Executive Committee Member
Caitlin comes from a long career in the tech industry, most recently as Director of Privacy, Security, and Safety Engineering Program Management at Google. As Google's first ever privacy-focused program manager, Caitlin had the privilege of contributing to the development of privacy as a burgeoning technical and policy domain, and helped build many critical teams and functions across the company and externally. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Saint Joseph's University and her Masters from University College London. An IGGAB Board Member and Executive Director of the DNA Doe Project, Caitlin is excited to bring her depth of skills and experience to the investigative genetic genealogy space and is passionate about supporting and enabling the growing IGG community.

Suzanne Harmon, Program Development Lead
Suzanne Harmon is an experienced program and organizational leader with more than twenty years of experience directing enterprise technology initiatives and leading cross-functional teams. She has held IT director roles at Walmart Global Technology and Kroger Technology, where she led complex programs across supply chain, compliance, and systems transformation. She also brings experience in volunteer and nonprofit leadership, including organizing a major fundraising event for Children’s Miracle Network and served as Community Development Chairperson for the Photographic Society of Northwest Arkansas. Suzanne is a photographer and genealogist.  She is actively engaged in pursuing education in genetic genealogy, is the President of the South Central Chapter of the Association of Professional Genealogists and volunteers as a search angel.

Amy Geduldig, Communications Lead
​Amy Geduldig brings more than 15 years of experience in strategic communications for public-serving and cultural institutions. She currently serves as Director of Public Information at the University at Albany, representing the University to the press and public while highlighting initiatives that benefit the campus community, New York State, and beyond. Previously, Amy spent more than a decade at The New York Public Library, managing communications across more than 90 branches and research centers and raising awareness of the Library’s public and archival collections, educational services, and community resources. Prior to that, she worked in the media relations office at the ASPCA, supporting outreach on a range of national issues affecting animals and pets across the country. Amy holds a master’s degree in Library and Information Science from the University of South Carolina and a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Delaware. She also earned a Certificate in Genealogical Research from Boston University.
